Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • To start a return, email us at support@seductawear.com.

If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it's damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

For a faster exchange, return your item first, then place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, you can return items within 14 days for any reason, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Refunds
